Ca'D'Zan Restoration
Sarasota, Florida

Complete restoration project - interior and exterior - of 1926 Ringling Home, starting in 1997 with restoration construction taking a number of years to complete. Specifications required considerable phasing concerns, since the museum was open throughout construction and required protection of both public and existing building fabric.

Independence Hall Exterior Restoration
Philadelphia, PA

Exterior restoration project for National Park Service (an ongoing project). Documents were completed in 2010 and restoration work was completed in 2012. Specifications and consulting work required considerable research for proper selection of materials, as well as addressing continued tours and public accessibility.

Liberty Hotel
(formerly Charles Street Jail)

Boston, MA
Exterior restoration and interior building-fabric restoration of the historic Charles Street Jail, originally built between 1848 and 1851, which was converted into the new Liberty Hotel. Project won the 2008 Massachusetts Historical Comission Preservation Award.

Suffolk Modern Theater
Boston, MA

Restoration and conversion of historic theater building with adjoining building built in 1914. Facility is now both new student housing and a theater facility for Suffolk University. Project was certified LEED Gold and completed in 2011.
